HumiDesk is operated by HumiSpot Ltd. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
When you submit an application via the /apply form, we collect the name, email address, and context you provide. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics beyond server-side request logs.
Application data is used solely to evaluate and respond to your request. Your email is used to send you a reply. We do not add you to a mailing list, newsletter, or drip sequence without explicit consent.
Submissions are delivered to our team via Postmark (transactional email). Data is not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain application data for as long as needed to maintain a business relationship or respond to your inquiry. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email admin@humidesk.com with the subject line "Data Request".
